Shipping and Handling

Shipping and handling charges are based on total weight and size of item. Oversized or heavy items may have an additioanl shipping cost. This charge may not be calculated until the order has been processed.

We will notify you if there is an increase in the shipping charge on your order prior to billing and shipping the product.

Shipment by UPS: We ship via UPS Gound or US Postal Service in the continental US. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii and international orders will have an additional shipping cost applied to the order.

Delivery Time: Allow 4-10 business days for delivery of non-backordered items in the continental US. Allow additional time for shipments in Alaska, Hawaii and International orders.

Consolidated Shipments: Entire orders will be shipped complete when possible.

Returns and Exchanges

All returns must be approved no later than 30 days from the original order from the original customer's shipment date. Returns and exchanges must be in new condition and must include all instructions and original packing material. Customer pays all return shipping charges. Include a copy of your packing list with all returns.

Original shipping and handling charges are not refundable: Returns must be preauthorized by us and are subject to a 25% re-stock fee. These amounts will be deducted from the original amount billed and the remaining balance will be credited to the original credit card.

Incorrect Item Shipped: If you recieved an incorrect item, no charges will be incurred to the customer. We will replace the incorrectly shipped items and pay the additional shipping charge.

Incorrect size: No charge for an exchange of the same item. We will exchange customer orders that do not fit, if the customer requests the same item in a different size. Customer pays all shipping charges back to the dealer and for the new item replacement.

Customer Order Error: No returns on special orders. No refunds or returns will be given on any electrical part. Special orders will be identified at time of purchase. No return on items ordered to customer specifications, that were ordered wrong. No returns on equipment.

Return Shipping Instructions: Return via prepaid UPS or US mail. Insure shipment for full value of purchase. Use original packaging. We are not responsible for packages that are lost during return shipping.

Return/Exchange Instructions: Enclose a copy of your packing list or e-mail Invoice along with detailed return/exchange instructions. Send exchanges and returns to dealership. See shipping instructions and invoice for address.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is charged on instate orders if required by law. Sales Tax will be charged out of state if required by state.

Payment Methods

Orders accepted via secure online order form only. Most major credit cards are accepted. Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Devbit cards only. Credit card purchases will be verified for your protection. Prior authorization is required before shipping if the purchaser is using one of the following financial institutions; Yard Card or Yart Smart. All orders will be shipped to the "bill-to" location only.

Backordered Items

Backorders: If an item is backordered, we will notify you via e-mail. No cancellation for backordered items.

Filling Backorders: Backorders will be filled before new orders when backordered items are available.
